JAC T9

The T9 is JAC's flagship double cab, launched in 2023 with a 2.0 CTi turbodiesel and a 5-year/200,000km warranty. It undercuts the Hilux and Ranger by a wide margin while offering near-premium cabin spec. The Hunter flagship added a more off-road focused option in 2026.

LDV T60

LDV entered SA in May 2024 with the T60 double cab, priced from R480,000 in 2026. Its 2.0 bi-turbo diesel offers up to 160kW and 500Nm, more than most rivals at the price, backed by a 5-year/200,000km warranty. The nameplate is well proven in Australia but too new here for firm resale data.
