The S60 fought the 3 Series and C-Class in South Africa from 2001, with the second generation running until about 2019. Volvo chose not to bring the third generation here as local demand shifted to SUVs. T6 and Polestar versions have a small following, but resale is soft like most non-German premium sedans.
